The country I'm adopting from is a 2 visit country. After the first visit you sign the official consent paperwork and then file the i800. Our first visit was completed via video conference last month and our i800 paperwork has been sent to USCIS. I have been matched, and finished my home study a few weeks ago. We are just waiting to hear back from USCIS. So we are in the home stretch now!
