It's roof repair season now for the Esther's House widows! We had a team from Cross Church from North West Arkansas come during Spring Break. We had such a lovely time while they were here.  On Saturday they worshiped, fellowshipped and taught an encouraging Bible lesson. Recently, we held a medical clinic at Esther's House. All of the widows and widowers in our program were seen, listened to, and treated. Each widow received medicine for their achey legs and back. Many would probably be diagnosed with needing hip and knee replacements if they lived in a first world country, but they were so thankful for their ibuprofen, vitamins, and anti-parasite pills. Our precious agogos (widows/grandmas) received their fertilizer! Fertilizer makes the difference in whether or not these women are able to grow enough maize to sustain them for the whole year.
