Our son was a waiting child from Guangdong, China. He has special needs. His primary need is to have a family to call his own, but the secondary and medical need is that he has Beta Thalassemia Major. This is a lifelong, inherited blood disorder that makes him transfusion dependent and in need of chelation medicine management.
Follow our new blog for up to date news on our process, stories, pics, and current fundraising events at WaldmanAdoption.blogspot.comYou will also find there on the front page, an up to date fundraiser thermometer that will be a more accurate reflection of all the combined funds towards our adoption expenses (grants, fundraising earnings, PayPal and AdoptTogether donations).
