The Puzzle NAME Reveal fundraiser is proving to be fun! I hope that you all are watching the puzzle be assembled, and have plans of sponsoring a puzzle piece or pieces yourself? We need to get the entire puzzle assembled, so we can finally share his name with you all! Even our kids are asking me each day what pieces we get to put together on the puzzle for that day. <3 I get so tickled and encouraged to read your little messages in the comments of your donation as well. And thank you for continuing to pray for both our son and for our process to continue to go smoothly.
I chose to update in this Adopt Together site this time, because I have had a couple people tell me they do not have a PayPal account and therefore how else could they participate in the puzzle fundraiser. This site is a safe place to make tax deductible donations towards our adoption be it for a fundraiser or just as a donation. The organization will disperse the money raised here, directly to our adoption agency to benefit our adoption fees. So for those of you that would like to sponsor your puzzle pieces through this donation site, just state in the comments of your donation that it is for the puzzle fundraiser so I can be sure to add you/family's name on the back of your puzzle pieces. Remember the puzzle pieces are only $10.00 per puzzle piece. Quite a few have sponsored a piece for either each of their children or for each member of their family.
As for what's going on with our process, we are still awaiting our homestudy update to be finalized. It has to pass over 3 different desks for their input and revisions before it can be final and notarized. So we wait...... There's a whole lot of hurry up and WAIT.... throughout the adoption process! :{ In the meantime, as you can see, we are always busy fundraising, working, or looking ahead as to what paperwork I can be starting so we are prepared to submit the next step when I get the green light. Tomorrow and Monday we will go to a couple goverment buildings to get some certified copies of necessary paperwork for our I800A. That will be submitted after the homestudy is finalized. I have been researching and printing off possible grants to apply for. Those too can not be applied for until the homestudy is done. So as you can see the homestudy is a big first step to get past. Oh and amongst all this, trying to also not take for granted the Summer break and opportunity to spend some quality time with my littles.
Upcoming Events to look forward to:
1) The boys are still taking appointments for car washes. So don't be afraid to message me or comment when your car is looking pretty dusty.
2) My NC friends/coworkers are hosting a potluck cookout fundraiser for us this Sun. in Stow. This should be a fun family event. Looking forward to the fellowship and making some new friends too.
3) We are collecting gently used items, and so forth, to sell at our Yard sale this July 20-22.
4) I am still working with Fund the Nations T-shirt design company on finalizing our designs and colors for our T-shirt sales launch here in the next month.
I will leave you with these inspirational (cute) words from my little Tingzi, regarding getting more sponsored puzzle pieces.....
Thank you Tribe for being there for us,
