Elvis was born in 2016. He joined Otino Waa Children's Village in 2025.

Elvis lives with his biological mother, who has been struggling to support him and his many siblings. Elvis is incredibly excited to be a part of Otino Waa and is deeply grateful for the opportunity. He is happy to be in this new environment and enjoys the positive changes it brings. Elvis dreams of becoming a policeman one day, and his favorite subject in school is Math. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer.
