Noel was born in 2013. He joined Otino Waa Children's Village in 2024.

Noel is thrilled to be able to join Otino Waa! Noel comes from a very large family. He has 11 siblings and his mother was struggling to provide the basic needs to properly care for them all. Noel joined Otino Waa as a 3rd grader. He enjoys playing soccer and his favorite subject in school is English. When he grows up, Noel would like to be a driver.
