Okullu Emmanuel was born in 2010. He joined the Path International Community Based Care Program in 2018.

Okullu Emmanuel is a part of the first group of Community Based Care (CBC) students. Emmanuel lives with his grandmother and three of his four siblings. His sisters Naume and Priscilla were also able to come to school. Emmanuel is a very smart and hardworking boy. His teacher says he is humble and doing very well in school.
