Okello Emmanuel was born in 2012. He joined Otino Waa Children's Village in 2023.

Okello Emmanuel was very happy to come to Otino Waa. He was excited to attend school full time without worrying about school fees. However, it was the soccer field that really made his face light up! He had never seen one so big. He loves playing soccer and cannot wait to join the other kids. In school, Emmanuel likes his classes but says Science is his favorite subject. When he grows up, Emmanuel would like to be a doctor.
