Raphael was born in 2015. He joined Otino Waa Children's Village in 2025.

Before joining Otino Waa, Raphael was living with his grandparents after the loss of his father and abandonment by his mother. His grandparents, who are frail and struggling, have been unable to provide for his basic needs. Despite these hardships, Raphael is excited to join Otino Waa, where he will receive care and support in a loving and nurturing environment. He loves playing soccer and dreams of becoming a doctor in the future, with a deep desire to treat the sick and serve others as a way of honoring the Lord.
