Ocen Jasper was born in 2002. He joined Otino Waa Children's Village in 2015.

Jasper worked very hard to catch up in school. In 2021, he finished his Primary Level and performed very well on his exams! He takes school very seriously in hopes of becoming a doctor some day. He is also very active in church and hopes to bring the word of God to many people.
