CGA Post Secondary Scholarship in 2014. For the past few years, she has stayed at home to help her family. She has desired to follow her older sister's footsteps to become a nurse. Nursing is a competitive field in Kenya, but Mary waited patiently and received an acceptance letter in 2017.
In September 2017, she started college at Kijabe College of Health Sciences studying Nursing. The program is 3.5 years and will culminate with her taking the Kenya Nursing Council registration exams to become a Registered Nurse. She will graduate with her RN degree in early 2021.
