Lubangakene Jesse was born in 2007. He joined Otino Waa Children's Village in 2023.

Lubangakene Jesse joined with his younger brother Omara Justine. Jesse is one of the older students joining, but it was important for the brothers to stay together. Jesse is very thankful for this opportunity. At school, Computers is the subject Jesse likes the most. He loves playing basketball. When he grows up, Jesse would like to be a musician.
