Fred wanted to be football coach for the school.  There was not a staff position available as football coach.  Fred washed the school van and voluntarily did other chores around the school.  He also volunteered as football coach.  In 2024 the school football team won several awards.  In January of 2025 a football coach salaried staff position became available and he joined the staff.
