Dorothy was born in 2013. She joined Otino Waa Children's Village in 2025.

Before coming to Otino Waa, Dorothy was living with her frail father, who is battling HIV, after the heartbreaking loss of her mother to the disease. Despite these challenges, Dorothy’s spirit remains unbroken, and she is thrilled to now call Otino Waa her home, where she is surrounded by love, care, and the support she needs to flourish. Dorothy is a playful and energetic soul who loves to talk and engage with others, brightening up any room she enters. Her favorite game is skipping, which brings her joy and keeps her active. In school, Dorothy enjoys learning Math, where she shows a natural aptitude for numbers. With a heart full of compassion, Dorothy dreams of becoming a nurse, eager to help others and make a difference in her community.
