Oliver was born in 2015. She joined Otino Waa Children's Village in 2024.

Oliver is very happy to join Otino Waa, one year after her older sister, Lucky joined. The sisters are so happy to be reunited. Prior to joining Otino Waa, the sisters were being raised by their brother who was struggling to provide the basic needs to properly care for them. Their brother is especially happy for his sisters to have this opportunity and be able to attend school. Oliver joined Otino Waa as a 1st grader. She enjoys jumping rope when she is not studying. Her favorite school subject is Science and she one day hopes to become a nurse.
