Leah was born in 2011. She joined Otino Waa Children's Village in 2025.

Prior to joining Otino Waa, Leah lived with her grandparents, who cared for both her and her mother, but they struggled to meet their basic needs. Her mother is deaf and non-verbal, and her father abandoned them, leaving Leah to face many challenges. Despite these difficulties, Leah is thrilled to be part of Otino Waa and is excited about the opportunities ahead. She enjoys skipping with her friends and is passionate about learning, especially English. Leah dreams of becoming a nurse in the future.
