We are currently awaiting approval from USCIS. Once we have that we can send our dossier to Ukraine and wait for their approval and invitation.

We have sent in our application to USCIS (US Immigration) to approve us as suitable and eligible to adopt a foreign-born child.  This process can take one to two months.  When we receive approval from USCIS, then we will be able to send our completed dossier to Ukraine for their approval of us as suitable and eligible parents.  When they have approved us, they will send an invitation to visit E...
