Refuge Needed:
One young woman has been rescued from slavery.

but her needs do not end at the point of rescue. World Relief helps provide quality case management services. Staff help find or provide emergency housing, food, clothing, medical care, counseling, legal assistance and job training to help victims begin restoring their lives.

With your help, we can provide housing for her and her two children. With your help, we can provide stability. With your help, we can provide refuge. $1000 will help this family move beyond mere survival to living abundantly!

Background:
Many trafficking victims will not be rescued near their home town or even home country. Most will have no support that they can turn to. Many even distrust those who reach out to help them. They may feel like they have moved from one vulnerable situation to another less familiar one.

World Relief provides support by mobilizing resources and service providers to meet the many needs a victim has once he or she is rescued. These range from basic emergency services of food, shelter, and clothing to extensive long-term rehabilitation such as counseling, medical services, and assistance in securing occupational or educational opportunities.  World Relief will also help provide any needed immigration services or connecting the victim with his or her family.

World Relief is uniquely positioned to spread awareness and mobilize churches. We provide holistic case management to foreign-born trafficking victims and continue to expand these services throughout the entire US.
