We have submitted our dossier to our agency, they will forward it to their representative in our little girl’s home country to translate and present to her government. Sometime early next year we will be invited to visit to meet her for the first time. Unfortunately we can only sign paperwork and return home without her. Once the courts review the application, then we will be called back to pick her up and deal with the US embassy process to get her entry visa. Thankfully once US Customs clears her entry, she will be a full US citizen (no need to apply for this later anymore.)

We still need help to fundraise for travel costs (not included in what we’ve already paid to our agency), as well as any expenses we will need to get her room ready (we have been holding off on buying any furnishings until we know what her needs are.)
