Flights are booked- we travel in 6 weeks!It's funny how everything has moved faster than expected up to this point, yet our travel is now delayed from the usual 10-21 days after travel approval, for a full 6 weeks! Our TRAVEL APPROVAL came today! This is all going at lightening speed!!Our agency has requested our Consulate appointment and as soon as we hear back, we'll book our trip! This could mean we travel NEXT WEEK!!! Now, if we don't get an appointment before 2/14, we won't be able to travel until the end of February. This appointment is at the end of the 2-3 wk long trip. I received an email today from the US Consulate in Guangzhou. Our Article 5 has been processed and is being delivered to the CCCWA who will issue us travel approval! Travel approval is our LAST STEP before traveling and usually takes 1.5-3 weeks.  We are SO close!!!-Kassie1/8/18

Today I got an email with our NVC (National Visa Center) letter letting us know our adoption petition was approved and sent to the US Consulate in China. I can now apply for a Visa for our girl and travel could be just 4-7 weeks away! We keep falling on the shorter end of each predicted time frame, so this is moving fast!
