12/13/2020 – Week 7: HOMECOMING Most important part first… We arrived back in the U.S. Saturday morning (12/12/2020), first in Miami where we went through Immigration, then on to Atlanta. When Kimberly and Emily set foot on American soil they became U.S. citizens. We will get their citizenship certificates in the mail within 2 – 3 months, but it’s a done deal.https://photos.app.goo...

Three different psychological/judicial appointments this last week, plus spending 24/7 time with the Kimberly and Emily, bonding as a family. Even though we had separate bedrooms planned for them here, they both want to sleep in the same bed together, in the same room. That's OK. Back at our house in Georgia, they will have twin beds in the same room.Every night Sandy reads them a story at be...

The youngest, Emily, is 6 and is the Energizer Bunny. Their smiles are pure joy. We can't show pictures of either until the adoption is finalized end of November, so apologies for that. But I can tell you what all we are doing... Currentl...
