Bear Snack Packs 

Many students who attend this elementary school are at risk for hunger because of the high poverty in our attendance area.  The snack packs that we help to provide are given to students who need additional food support through the weekend when they do not have access to breakfast and lunch from school.  Snack packs continue to be given throughout the summer weekends when free lunch programs are closed.  Some funding is already in place for this program, but this year we had a greater need than the financing would cover.  Each snack pack costs about $1.50 each.  You may make a single donation or you may decide to support this program on a monthly basis.
