Our team is a part of Canopy NWA, a non-profit resettlement agency that assists refugees as they adjust to their new life in NWA. Refugees have had to flee their homes for fear of their lives, and are seeking out safety and security. They play an important role in our workforce, building businesses and bolstering our economy. Our goal is to raise $1,200 for our individual. It costs about $8,000 to resettle a family, so your donation would go towards alleviating some of that cost. More specifically, it allows our individual to acquire job training, transportation, housing, and other essentials before he becomes economically independent.
