Over my upcoming spring break, I will be embarking on my third mission trip to Haiti. This small fourth world country has captured my heart and changed my life. I have truly found my calling to serve the least of these. During our trip we will be building houses, serving food in poor villages, praying for and encouraging the elderly and orphans, and sharing the Gospel. Despite all of the odds against them, the Haitians are beautiful, joyful people and to be able to help provide for their physical and spiritual needs is a blessing.
I have been working hard to earn my way to this trip and will continue to do so over the next few months. But I'm praying to find partners who might pray or consider a small charitable donation to help get me to my goal of $2,495. Through this I will learn to humbly receive and therefore be better equipped to selflessly serve. Just like the message of the Gospel, you must first receive it before you can share it. With your support I hope to be the hands and feet of Jesus to the people of Haiti. God Bless.
