As BTCM’s Finance Officer, Ruth’s days are filled with purpose and precision. She oversees the management of all accounts and financial operations, ensuring every shilling is stewarded with care and accountability. Much of her time is spent reviewing reports, creating budgets, and controlling the flow of funds to ensure that every aspect of the ministry is properly financed. Her role is especially critical in an overseas ministry like BTCM, where transparency and stewardship are essential to sustaining impact and building trust.
