I want to share with you a challenging ministry opportunity that GOD has presented to me. February 10th, 2015, I will be going prayerfully, with a team led by e3 Partners Ministry to Debre Birhan, Ethiopia.

I’m willing to let go and let GOD take me out of my comfort zone. My prayer life is more intimate, more spirt filled, and I’ve started fasting one day a week for increased enrichment.

Our two week trip will focus on meeting some of the needs of the people in this area of the world. Often this part of the world is spoken of as out of touch, not so. GOD has me on a mission to change lives. The overall purpose of our trip is fourfold:

First, we will be allowing God to work in our lives through the personal enrichment that comes out of this type of mission trip. Matthew 28:18-20 is one of the many scriptures that will be in operation (The Great Commission).

Second, this prayer journey will help us focus on GOD’s purpose. Traveling to a foreign land and praying on-site with insight. GOD will open eyes and hearts to the message of salvation. Philippians 4:5-7 helps me to focus.

Third, to those that have not heard the message of salvation, we should take the opportunity to deliver. Romans 10:8-10 will guide us.

Fourth, we will encourage local Christians. We will develop loving relationships, visit small villages, help where we can in the name of the Lord Jesus. I’m excited about this opportunity and what lies ahead.

As you can imagine a trip like this requires financial support from a large number of people. I need to raise $4,000 by the first of February 2015.
