NWA GIVES SAMARITAN COMMUNITY CENTER FUNDRAISER

Samaritan Community Center is highlighting Samaritan Care for this year's NWA Gives fundraiser. Because Samaritan Community Center is a vital resource and is expanding to meet the needs of our community experiencing economic, emotional, and spiritual distress we established the Care program around our vision statement, “All who enter our doors to find Hope and experience positive life change.”

Samaritan Care Advocates care for families and provide hope by building bridges from crisis to stability. In 2020, Samaritan Care expanded their services to meet the needs of struggling families by providing financial assistance to keep families in their homes, safe and warm. 

• Over $60,000 was secured and invested to keep 79 families in their homes

• 6 families were gifted donated vehicles to provide needed transportation through the Care vehicle program

• 1,756 community members were connected with Samaritan Care Advocates to help them navigate community resources during their time of need
