Restoring Hope NWA was founded by Mary Haynes, who serves as Chaplain at the Benton County Sheriff's Department in Bentonville, Arkansas in the Women’s Pods, and has since 1999. Mary recognized that for the women to have success and recovery, they needed transitional housing and a supportive community. The women needed this community to journey with them and help them rebuild, restore, and reform their lives.

Restoring Hope NWA's mission is to provide support initiatives that benefit women that are coming out of addiction, life-threatening situations and incarceration, while preparing them to move toward a life that is spiritually rich, economically self-sufficient, and emotionally full and drug-free, so that they may grow individually and collectively while living in a community.

We provide:

• Housing for healing and restoration based on a community living model.
• A sanctuary along with an array of support services and educational and vocational opportunities.
• Fostering self-understanding through personal and spiritual growth.
• Time and support needed to recover from trauma and to fully understand the role it plays in trafficking, prostitution, addiction and incarceration.
• Financial guidance in the management of income and asset development.

We are raising funds to pay off the Phase 1 set up of the Restoring Hope House as well as funds to complete our Phase 2 addition, which allow us to house and serve 8 women at any given time to positively impact lives and the community.

No amount is too small, every seed planted bares fruit, and any amount given will be a seed for a harvest both small and great.
