Influencers has been making an impact in Northwest Arkansas since 2001, when our founder Rocky Fleming, a local businessman, helped a small group of men grow in their faith over a 9 month period.  This radically impacted the lives of these men and their families, and a ministry was birthed.  Soon, these men helped take other men through this process, called The Journey, and it was replicated many times over in the past 18 years.

Thousands of men, women, couples have gone through The Journey and discovered a deeper walk with Christ which has helped them become a positive influence in NWA and beyond.  It is impacting families, churches, companies, and has even worked its way into the Benton and Washington County Jails to help inmates find freedom.

We wanted to be part of NWA Gives in hopes that some of the people we have helped will want to help us reach more people here and around the world.
