We have BIG news!

We are hosting a child again!

We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful little girl into our home with the hopes of finding her a forever home or potentially adopting. As part of our hosting process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign to help bring an orphan from Colombia to the United States over the Christmas Holiday. She will experience family life and celebrations while with out family. They will be here from December 12 - January 9. The costs of hosting include their trip here, medical insurance, training for them to be prepared, training for us to be prepared, a home study of our home, security clearances and chaperone costs. They are accompanied by a few social workers to ensure their needs are being met, that host families will also have staying in the home for a few days during the stay. Our fees only cover less than half of what it takes to being these kiddos to the States so any help would be greatly appreciated. We are hoping to raise at least $3,000 in hopes of helping to cover her costs of being here. 

We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around her while she is here. While we don't know if God is asking us to advocate for her to find a family or if He is asking us to expand our family, we are stepping out in faith and loving on her with all our hearts while she is a Norton for the month.
