Less than 2% of the Deaf claim to be Christ followers.  We will train Deaf and help them plant a church in one area.  We will train them in evangelism and discipleship tools and teach stories from the Bible that describe the 9 functions of a healthy church.  We will also follow up and strengthen and encourage an existing Deaf church in another area while teaching Biblical Foundations with Bible stories.
