Initially, this trip was to be in March of 2019, to build a home for Peterson Volmar. Due to unrest in Haiti and scheduling challenges, this trip has been rescheduled to January of 2020. In the meantime, Peterson's family's home was built on schedule (exclusively by Haitian workers).  The advantage of the trip having been postponed is that Team Peterson can now take on another project, to build a home for another family in need ...

Joanette Raymond lives with her grandmother, mother, one older sister, one younger brother, and a cousin. Her father is no longer living, and her mother struggles to support her family. Joanette's uncle pays for them to live in a rented home, but they move frequently. Joanette's mother owns land, so we will build a new home for Joanette and her family to live in.
