I am very excited to tell you about my adventure planned for early next year.  I will be part of a small group of men and women climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, which is the tallest mountain in Africa.   It is an eight-day climb starting on January 30.

The climb is being organized to support Africa New Life, a non-profit that Kristin and I have been involved with for a number of years.  In particulary, we are raising funds for college scholarships to support men and women that otherwise wouldn't be given the opportunity for an education. This will provide them the means to rise up and support their community through entrepreneurial and spiritual endeavors. I am a strong believer that education and skills are a core foundation for a community to rise up out of poverty.
