Hi Friends!
Less than 5% of pastors in Rwanda have a formal theological education. They have the energy and the passion to serve and bring God's word to people, but they lack the necessary theological training. This is why I and a group of other men are climbing the tallest mountain in Africa to raise money so that rural pastors in Rwanda are able to study at Africa College of Theology and for Africa New Life students to receive scholarships for university education.
This will provide them the means to rise up and support their community through entrepreneurial and spiritual endeavors. These scholarships will allow a special group of Africa New Life university students to complete their degrees in Rwanda and elsewhere, and will support pastors and ministry leaders being trained at Africa New Life’s Africa College of Theology. We believe everyone deserves to receive an education.
As you follow our journey to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro, you will be given many updates that show our progress as a team to reach our fundraising goal.
You are probably curious who our other amazing climbers are!
