After graduating from USC with my Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, I’ll be heading to Kampala, Uganda, to serve with Hope Speaks, a nonprofit that’s doing incredible work alongside children with disabilities and their families.
In Uganda, 1 in 7 children lives with a disability, yet access to therapy services is extremely limited. Hope Speaks is working to change that by providing speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy to help children communicate, connect, and grow in ways that many of us might take for granted.
What draws me most to this work is not just the therapy itself, but the opportunity to walk alongside families, learn from local therapists, and be part of a community that believes every child deserves to be heard and valued.
As I prepare to go, I’m inviting you to be part of this journey with me. Your support helps make it possible for me to be present, serve, and continue learning while contributing to something much bigger than myself.
If you feel led, I would be so grateful for your financial support. And even if giving isn’t possible right now, sharing this with others means so much.
Thank you for being part of my life and encouraging me every step of the way. I truly couldn’t do this without you.
God bless you
