You won't find out much about Luque on the internet. The main offices for FUTBALL for South America are located there.  Paraguay is a country that has not been on the radar of e3 for some time. Recently training has taken place using the 4 fields method of evangelism and discipleship. This has caused a great deal of excitement from national pastors and leaders. This country has now come alive with enthusiasm to reach the lost and to disciple the saved.
