Your support towards our clinic operations directly helps Ugandans receive the dental care they need -- providing pain free, healthy smiles that dramatically change lives. Providing high quality, sustainable dental care requires a high quality, hard-working team. God has blessed us with just that. The Hope Smiles Uganda team now has 13 members.

The funds for this section of the program support the staff members, providing steady, above average income for each member of our team. Each team member has an important role to fulfill within our team, and your support allows us to properly train and equip each member of a staff to serve at a high level. Most importantly, because of the dramatic impact our team has in the community, our team members have a meaning and purpose and place in the community that is priceless. Members of the Hope Smiles Uganda team have more than a job. They have a calling.

The funds also go to the supply needs of the clinic. With so many patients being seen each month, the cost of restocking the clinic has risen. The equipment has been used 6 days a week for 3 years, and has traveled all over Uganda -- so there are also maintenance costs that go into keeping the clinic and outreaches running smoothly. The purchase of a new generator would also allow for fillings to be in completed at our remote outreach sites.
