Friends and Family,

            Well, it looks like Lord willing I will be heading to Colombia again in just a few short months. I hope your summer has been great. It’s hard to believe that summer is already half over, and in just a little over a month school will be staring up again. I would like to just take a little bit of your time to let you know my plans for this coming October in Colombia, as well as a little bit about what’s going on in my life.

            At the beginning of this year I was seriously considering going to John Brown University and I really thought that’s where I was supposed to go… but I felt the Lord leading me in a different direction. So I am going to continue at Richland for another semester and completely finish with my Associates. From there I haven’t decided where I’m going but I know it is definitely something in ministry and with kids. I am currently working at the preschool Graham Cracker Express, and I love it!

            In June I went to Colombia for the 3rd time and each time has been great, this one touched a special place in my heart. We got to work in children’s ministry; something you may have already realized is close to my heart. So getting that opportunity was amazing for me and my love for Colombia is even greater now. This October I would like to return to Barranquilla Colombia if it’s the Lords will. This trip is known as the medical trip. We will be working closely with people who are sick or in need of medical attention. We will help them medically if we can and then share the gospel with them, those who aren’t working in the medical area will being doing door-to-door evangelism. This is an area that the Lord has really grown me in. The first time I had to do door-to-door evangelism I was terrified… But I have really grown to love it more and more. It has become something I really look forward to now.

            Now if you would prayerfully consider supporting me on this trip in a couple different ways. First is through prayer. I know that none of this could be possible without God’s provision and guidance through everything. Secondly is financially. I need to raise a total of $2900 and my first deadline is already coming up. I need half of it by the middle-end of august.
