Within San Diego, at any given time, there are about 2,100 children in out-of-home care. All children placed in foster care have experienced neglect, abuse, and abandonment. Our fundraising will allow my team to raise funds to offer a week-long camp where foster kids can be kids and create lasting, positive memories.
