Dignity is another word for decency—and when it’s missing, God created us to demand justice.
Words that shouldn’t go together: 12-year-old pregnant girls. Indentured teenagers. Child brides. Underage laborers. Survival prostitutes. Orphan-led homes. Violated minors
When we see them side-by-side on a page, we are offended because innocence and evil shouldn’t commingle. It’s unnatural, unholy, and unacceptable. Sadly, these sickening contradictions often describe the world’s normal.
Our first reaction is to stop and help and Mercy House Global provides you with a tangible opportunity to grow hope in barren places.
Just as we watch and prepare for the subtle growth of a expectant mom’s belly, we want to continue to grow the effective programs and ministry that are pressing back the oppressive darkness.
At Mercy House Global, we are not only addressing some of the most horrific problems around the globe; we are identifying solutions that separate darkness from light with the Bible’s most vulnerable people: orphans, widows and refugees.
This holiday season, would you consider helping us grow hope? 2022 has been one of our most challenging years financially with the collapse of our home office in Texas and ongoing recovery from losing one of our homes in Kenya. If you believe in this ministry to vulnerable families, we need your help to continue providing opportunities for them. Help us grow hope.
And the child grew and became strong; he was filled with wisdom, and the grace of God was on him. Luke 2:40Nairobi, Nairobi County, Kenya
