Jacinta Gatua has been part of People Bridge from the very beginning. Living in Nakuru, Kenya, she serves full-time as our National Director, leading and mentoring a team of 23 staff and trainers spread across the country.

Jacinta is not only an entrepreneurial job-skills trainer—she’s a leader who invests deeply in people. With a special heart for young women discovering their God-given identity and purpose, she equips and encourages them to start businesses, grow in confidence, and impact their communities.

Her role extends far beyond training. Jacinta provides day-to-day leadership, communication, and coordination among our Kenyan teams, collaborates closely with our partners in Uganda, and helps guide strategic and financial decisions that shape the growth of People Bridge across East Africa.
