Erick and Mary are the dynamic duo behind Epic Impact, a movement helping young people discover who God created them to be—so they can live with clarity, confidence, and legacy. Their message is simple: everyone is a genius, but only in their God-given lane.

They speak in schools, churches, and community centers every week, often reaching hundreds of students at a time. They’ve written books, created powerful teaching materials, and use YouTube and social media to influence thousands of families. But what makes them special is that they don’t stop at content—they show up in person, meeting youth right where they are.

Erick and Mary have gone through the PeopleBridge Work4Life job-creation training themselves, and now they incorporate it beautifully into their teaching, helping students and parents build pathways out of poverty through faith, identity, and entrepreneurship.

They are creative, consistent, prophetic encouragers—and they multiply life change everywhere they go.
