Hello friends! This December I have the opportunity to go on mission to Iquitos, Peru with a team from the Cross Church young adult ministry, The Social. We will be working with our partners in Iquitos on ministry opportunities in community outreach, evangelism, VBS, and possible sports camps. There are a couple of ways you can be involved in this journey:

First, and most importantly, prayer. Pray for the team as we prepare for this trip. Pray for our hearts spiritually, our physical health, and our mental awareness. Pray for safety traveling. Pray for the hearts of the people in Iquitos, that the Lord would begin working long before we arrive. Pray for our mission partners in Peru, that we will be able to encourage them and their work. Pray for me, that my anxiousness leading up to the trip will fade away and that my heart is prepared for what the Lord has already planned for this trip. 

Next, you can be involved through giving financially. All money given will go to travel, stay, food, and other necessities and supplies for this trip. If you feel led to give, you can do it here on this website or by mail. Any donation given is a huge blessing and is greatly appreciated! 
 
Many of you who know me, know that I have been on missions across the country, but this is my first international mission trip. I am excited to share this experience with the young adults from Cross Church. I am expectant and hopeful that the Lord will work in me as I prepare for this trip and throughout it.   
I am thrilled to be going to Peru to share the good news of Jesus with the people there. It is by the grace of God and the love of the people around me that I am able to share God's love with the people of Peru. I thank you all for your love and support for me throughout my life and during this exciting season!
