Friends and Family,

We are so excited to announce that we are taking our first-ever Cross Church Pinnacle Hills Young Adults mission trip. Jeremy became the young adults pastor this past November and since then we have seen God do some incredible things and grow the ministry quickly. In June, we will be taking several of these young adults on a mission trip (and for many of them it will be their first mission trip). While we have both been on several mission trips individually and seen God provide funding, safety, and tremendous growth; we have not been on a mission trip as a married couple with the need to raise funds for both people. It is with such great joy that we are writing this letter to you because we are going to be going to the Dominican Republic in June, together, with our new ministry, to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the people of this country.

God has given us this opportunity to serve Him and we cannot think of a greater privilege. We are so excited about serving God and sharing His name with people across the world and we cannot wait to see how He will use us and how this experience will deepen our faith in Him. We know that God is going to move on this trip and we know that he is already preparing our heart and the hearts of those we will encounter in order to advance His kingdom.

As with all mission journeys, we need prayer and financial assistance to have a successful trip. Some prayer requests would be for safety, good health, and open hearts to receive God’s word.
