Ceridian offers online and phone support tailored specifically for its products. For instance, there’s a specific support portal for Dayforce HCM customers. In this portal, customers can access a knowledge base, submit a help ticket, or manage profiles and subscriptions.

Some users have reported that customer service tends to be slow with resolving issues.
