I am excited to go outside my comfort zone and see God work in a foreign nation. I've seen Jesus work through many difficult and broken circumstances in my own life and want to see His power at work in a new way. 

In Matthew 11:28, Jesus says "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest". Even if it's just in a small way, I hope we can bring that everlasting rest to the people of Ethiopia. 

I have served with international students for many years and have a curiosity for learning about people's background and understanding how each person thinks.  It's really cool to think that a few of us from Watermark will have the chance to share the gospel with a people group that hasn't heard of Jesus and has no established church. Thank you so much for your prayers and support, and I hope God is glorified through it all!
