Here is sone information about Second Chance mission trips:
We focus our efforts on resourcing key leaders as much as possible. We partner with local pastors and leaders and ask them, “What does your community need to be transformed?” By working alongside indigenous leaders, our impact will last long after we return home. We aim to encourage, serve, and learn from our partners.Going is a discipleship opportunity that gives each team member a chance to tangibly see what is happening in another culture and prayerfully transform the way they live their lives at home. These trips are opportunities for those who invest in our mission to see the work they are investing in. We enjoy serving our Church Partners and all those who invest in our programs. You will hear stories and engage in the communities. Doing this helps us, the foreigners, understand the unique issues in different environments. You will see the impact of projects firsthand and gain a new understanding of how complex but important working in these communities can be.
