September 8, 2019 - Deadline to register for the mission trip and pay non- refundable deposit of $125 -which includes the price of a TOHH shirt required for travel day. (Deposit is required at registration; other fees can by paid by later date)
October 6, 2019 - First Pre-Trip Meeting: This will be held after church in the auditorium. We will purchase airfare all at the same time. (Bring your credit card and your own laptop computer or you may use one provided)
January 26, 2020 - PACKING PARTY @ Team Leader's Home
This is when we get together as a team to pack our large suitcases with supplies that we are bringing to Haiti. Please bring the largest suitcase you can. This will count as your checked bag and will cost $30. This saves a huge amount of money. Barrels cost $125 to ship. If you are unable to cover this cost, no worries, TOHH will reimburse you for it. If you do not have a large suitcase, let me know and I will find one for you. Many times we leave that suitcase in Haiti because it serves as a bureau for a Haitian family, but don't feel like you have to leave your suitcase.
