Can you tell how excited we are to have Luda as part of our family?

Luda is too! She asks me all of time when we are coming. But, she is so discouraged. Can you imagine being 13, celebrating that birthday in an orphanage and just desperately hoping that this time, maybe these people will keep their word? Maybe they'll show up and be the family that you need? We do all that we can to encourage her through the waiting, but it's so hard for her to believe we're really coming.

We can't speed up the process, as we wait on the US government (immigration approval) and Luda's government. But, we can have the money in place to hit the ground running when the time comes.
