Focus: Continued improvement and expansion of the literacy program

- Currently 15-20 kids benefitting daily in person and receiving a hot meal and approximately 10 kids that attend online

- May need to hire an additional teacher (already utilizing some volunteers from the University Education Program)

- We will begin charging a small fee in 2022 to help with buy-in and sustainability

Entrepreneurship → 35 Families

Focus: Going deeper instead of wider: Improving program quality and ensuring long term sustainable impact

- Begin building a mandatory saving culture

- Offer training on marketing strategies and resources

- Refreshment training for families struggling in the program

- Already have strong follow up and mental health aspect

- Hire someone to work directly with the families

- Hire a detail-oriented bookkeeper

Restorative Care → 100 Families (300 children)

Focus: Sustain and maximize feeding program and food pantry

- May need to increase the budget to sustain if food prices continue to rise with inflation

- Serves kids in the neighborhood as well as kids in the water walkers programs
